Mauricio Padilla has litigated some of the most complex murder cases in the nation. He represented Dedrick Williams in the eleven week homicide trial of Xxxtentacion in Broward County. He tried the State of Florida vs. Derek Medina. A case that garnered int’l media attention because the defendant posted a picture of the decedent to Facebook. Mr. Padilla also represented Sigfredo Garcia in Leon County. Mr Garcia was charged with the murder of Dan Markel a prominent FSU Lawschool Professor in Tallahassee.
